Lucent Psych does not dispense medications directly but works with patients to coordinate appropriate medication management through licensed pharmacies.​

Terms of Service​

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Lucent Psych’s services, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old or a minor with parental or legal guardian consent, in accordance with state laws.

• Are a resident of Washington or Texas.

• Understand that telehealth services do not replace in-person emergency care.

If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to use our services.​

2. Telehealth Consent and State-Specific Compliance

By using Lucent Psych’s telehealth services, you confirm that:

• You are physically located in Washington or Texas at the time of your consultation.

• Lucent Psych operates in compliance with:

  • Washington RCW 18.64.420

  • Texas Administrative Code 22 TAC §174.1

• Minors (under 18) may only receive telehealth services with documented parental or legal guardian consent, in accordance with Washington and Texas state laws.

  • Parents or legal guardians must actively participate in the intake process and provide ongoing consent for continued care.

  • Some exceptions may apply under state law for emergency mental health services or specific treatments permitted without parental consent.​

3. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution​

Any disputes arising from the use of Lucent Psych services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation.

• By using our services, you waive your right to a jury trial and class action lawsuits.

• You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by submitting a written request to info@lucentpsych.com.​
