Whitney Wray, PMHNP-BC
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am passionate about supporting young adults particularly college students as they navigate life's challenges and transitions. My clinical approach is open, collaborative, and non judgmental. I believe the best outcomes happen when patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.
I work to create a therapeutic space where individuals feel safe showing up as they are without fear of being misunderstood. I strive to make each session a meaningful step forward in your mental health journey. My goal is for every patient to feel empowered, supported, and genuinely seen.
Treating the Whole Person
Mental health is deeply personal, and I strive to create a safe space where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered. Everyone deserves compassionate care that honors their values and goals, not just symptom relief
I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for young adults and adults facing:
ADHD and executive functioning challenges
Generalized anxiety and panic attacks
Depression and persistent low mood
PTSD and trauma-related symptoms
Sleep issues, burnout, stress and more
Whether we’re discussing medication options, therapy goals, or coping strategies, I want you to feel in control of your mental health journey.
